Club Championships and Social

The Club Champs will be held at the ESOA Champs on Dechmont Law, Livingston (put on by Interlopers) on Sunday 6th November 2011. Remember to enter the Club Champs in advance - information about how to enter and the deadline was sent to all members in an email. By entering in advance you are just entering the Club Champs, you aren’t actually entering the event though details of numbers will be sent to Interlopers to help with numbers for map ordering. Remember to enter the same course on the day that you have entered for the Club Champs. Where there is a potential clash for entering the Club Champs and the ESOA Champs you will have been notified already by email.
Social with presentation of Club Champs trophies - There will be a Club social the same evening with a buffet at 5 pm at the Swanston Golf Club, as last year. The meal will cost £7; pay on the night, but book now. Please contact Alison Cunningham to book, either by email or phone - details on the current ESOC Membership List. The buffet is not likely to be a full meal for those with larger appetites.
Trophies
If you have a Club Champs trophy please remember to polish it up and bring it along either to the event or, at the very latest, to the social in the evening. If you know you can’t make it then please hand it back to Andrew Dalgleish or any other member of the Club Committee before the event.
