Results now available from Holyrood Park.
Congratulations to everyone who braved the elements today to do battle with Holyrood Park at its most challenging. Slippery paths on the White and Yellow, and cloud down almost to the level of Dunsapie Loch on the Orange and Green provided extra excitement – but everyone came up smiling and lots of people went out on a second course. Special welcome to those people trying orienteering for the first time – anything after this will seem easy!
Special thanks to the Planner Chloe Haines from EUOC and Controller Bill Stevenson from ESOC, who spent the morning as well as the afternoon out there. And much appreciation to the members of EUOC who helped put out and collect in controls, and members of ESOC who did the cold and static jobs on Start and Registration/Download.
